Billing & Subscriptions

Rev Forge uses Stripe for subscription management. Manage your plan from Settings → Billing.

Plans

Rev Forge offers tiered plans based on your team size and feature needs. Visit the billing settings page to see current plan options and pricing.

Managing Your Subscription

Upgrading

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Confirm — changes take effect immediately, with prorated billing

Downgrading

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select a lower tier
  4. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period

Canceling

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
  4. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation

Invoices

View and download invoices:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Invoices
  2. Click any invoice to view details
  3. Click Download PDF for your records

Payment Methods

Update your payment method:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Method
  2. Click Update
  3. Enter new card details via the secure Stripe form

  • Set up billing alerts to avoid payment failures
  • Download invoices monthly for expense reporting
  • Contact support if you need a custom plan for large teams
