Reports give you visibility into your sales performance. Track key metrics, spot trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Dashboard

The main dashboard shows an overview of:

  • Pipeline value — total value of leads and deals by stage
  • Conversion rates — percentage moving from one stage to the next
  • Activity metrics — emails sent, tasks completed, calls logged
  • Team performance — metrics by team member

Date Range Filtering

All dashboard metrics support date range filtering:

  • Quick presets: Today, This Week, This Month, This Quarter
  • Custom date range picker for specific periods
  • Compare current period vs. previous period

Available Reports

Pipeline Report

  • Leads and deals by stage
  • Stage-to-stage conversion rates
  • Average time in each stage
  • Pipeline velocity (how fast leads move)

Activity Report

  • Emails sent, opened, clicked, replied
  • Tasks created and completed
  • Calls logged and meetings held
  • Activity by team member

Revenue Report

  • Won deal values over time
  • Average deal size
  • Win rate by source, team member, or time period
  • Revenue forecast based on weighted pipeline

Campaign Report

  • Per-campaign delivery, open, click, and reply rates
  • Best performing subject lines
  • Optimal send times based on engagement data

Exporting Data

Export any report as CSV:

  1. Navigate to the report
  2. Set your date range and filters
  3. Click Export
  4. Choose CSV format
  5. The file downloads to your computer

Tips

  • Review the dashboard weekly to spot trends
  • Use date range comparisons to measure progress
  • Share exported reports with stakeholders who don’t have Rev Forge access
  • Set up workflow alerts for metrics that drop below thresholds
